2. Setup Fees

2.1 Non-Refundable

Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation of your AI automation and revenue recovery system has begun. Implementation is considered to have begun when AllwazeAI initiates configuration, customization, or integration work for your account.

2.2 Pre-Implementation Cancellation

If you cancel your Service before implementation begins, setup fees may be refunded at AllwazeAI's sole discretion. To request a pre-implementation refund, contact us via our contact form within forty-eight (48) hours of payment.

3. Monthly Subscription Fees

3.1 Non-Refundable

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via our contact form or through your account settings at least fifteen (15) days before the end of your current billing period. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that date.

3.3 No Prorated Refunds

If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Service Failures and Exceptions

4.1 Service Outages

In the event of a prolonged service outage caused by AllwazeAI (exceeding forty-eight (48) consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a service credit equal to a prorated portion of your monthly subscription fee for the affected period. Service credits do not apply to outages caused by third-party providers, internet service disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

4.2 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us via our contact form within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to your account within ten (10) business days.

4.3 Fraudulent Charges

If your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will work with you and our payment processor to resolve the issue promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with AllwazeAI, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated, and you may be liable for chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1 Trial Period

AllwazeAI may offer a trial period or satisfaction guarantee for certain Services at its sole discretion. Terms of any trial or guarantee will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and will supersede this Refund Policy to the extent of any conflict.

7.2 No General Guarantee

Except as expressly stated in a specific promotional offer or trial period, AllwazeAI does not guarantee satisfaction or specific business results, and no general refund guarantee applies.

8. Service Credits

8.1 Alternative to Refunds

In certain circumstances, AllwazeAI may offer service credits in lieu of refunds. Service credits may be applied to future subscription fees and do not have cash value.

8.2 Expiration

Service credits expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

8.3 Application

Service credits will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

9. Modifications to Refund Policy

AllwazeAI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before material changes take effect.
